Mr. Rakesh K. Jain
Mr. Rakesh K. Jain is a Rank Holder Chartered Accountant of ICAI and is a First Class Graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce with degree of Masters in Commerce.
Mr. Jain has over 35 years of experience in the field of capital markets, taxation (including international taxation), mergers & acquisitions, auditing, and software technologies. Mr. Jain has been actively involved with the Indian capital markets and has held various positions at the Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI), an all Indian association of National Stock Exchange members. Mr. Jain has served as all India President of ANME during 2003-2004. Mr. Jain has also been involved with various committees, including the Secondary Market Advisory Committee set-up by SEBI, Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce one of the committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has acted as Chief Technical Advisor for “Master of Business Finance” Course and “Course on Valuation” conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has also edited a chapter on foreign collaboration agreement in the book titled “Mogha’s Indian Conveyancer” and also authored a book on organisation building titled “Leaders & Ladders which is available at all leading stores, Flipkart, Amazon and Kindle.
