Frontline is the brain child of this visionary professional who apart from having excelled in his early years in the field of academics and his profession, is moving ahead with confidence towards building enduring organisations.

A postgraduate in commerce, Mr Rakesh K. Jain is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is essentially a builder of organizations and limits his role to strategies, business policies besides laying down norms for good governance in the enterprises he has built to nurture the growth of the organizations as well as the professionals heading them as Chief Executives. He lays particular stress on the CEOs chalking out business plans and guides them to dovetail their action plans to the over all corporate vision.
He has wide exposure and has handled various assignments for leading corporate bodies (domestic/ overseas) / resident and non-resident individuals in areas such as foreign collaboration, mergers & acquisitions, capital structuring including equity/ debt placement, double taxation treaties etc during the past two decades.

He is currently Chairman, Association of NSE Members of India (Regional Council North) and a Director, Association of NSE Members of India. He is also a member of Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce.

He is the Chairman of Frontline Capital Services Limited, Frontline Securities Ltd besides being a Partner in Jain Singhal & Associates.

Mr.Atul K. Jain, B.Com., FCA.

A bachelor in commerce, Mr Atul K. Jain is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is in charge of day to day operations of a company in the group, as a whole time director.
He is widely experienced in the areas of corporate advisory, loan syndication, management consultancy, placement of equity/ debt, public/ rights issue of capital, project report preparation, investment advisory, taxation, auditing, stock broking, resources mobilization over the past decade.

Mrs.Prerna Jain, Graduate

Mrs. Prerna Jain is a bachelor in science. She is a member of UP Stock Exchange Association Limited, Kanpur, since May 1996.
She is widely experienced over the past decade in the areas of financial services, merchant banking and dealing in securities. She looks after the business relationship in the group

Mr.Ajay Bhagwani, B.com, FCA

A bachelor of commerce Mr Ajay Bhagwani is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is widely experienced in the areas of management audit, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisitions with expertise in Direct Taxes.

Mr.Sajan Kumar Didwania, B.Sc.
Mr. Sajan Kumar Didwania is a Bachelor of Science. He has nearly a decade of experience in all facets of the secondary market operations having worked as an operational head with stockbroking companies during the past decade.
He has developed expertise in the areas such as equity research, investment advisory, preparation of project report, client servicing etc. He looks after Equity Research work.

A graduate of commerce, Mr. G.S. Pandey has more than two decades of experience in Marketing, Treasury , custodial services and Administration

Mr.Shiv Bansal, B.E.(Honours)

Mr. Shiv Bansal is a bachelor in mechanical engineering and has varied exposure in the capital market during the past decade in various capacities. He looks after the front office operations of the stock broking.
